Unbelievable Grilled Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2001
I have had this recipe for years and it is killer!! This mixture will keep indefinitely in the frig in an air tight container. It is rich and don't put it on thin but don't put it on too thick either. Great with a spinach salad. A complete meal, I made this for our bunko group and they said it was to die for! Try it!!!!

Homesteader Cornbread

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2001
I was skeptical of this recipe because I personally like a cornbread not a cake like corn bread and it had alot of sugar, I did cut down some of the sugar and I was very impressed! I thought it was very good, thanks for sharing

French Beef Stew

My son and I really liked this but my husband did not care for a spice in it, I could only find plum tomatoes with basil and I think thats what he didn't care for. Overall I thought it was very good.

Scallop Scampi

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2000
I did a variation of this that was fantastic!!! This is a great recipe, her way or mine! I used Shrimp sprinkled with Emeril's Bayou blast, I used parmesean cheese and added sliced green and yellow squash and used angel hair pasta. My husband thinks this could be a signature dish at any gourmet restaurant! Be sure and try this one , it's a winner whether you use hers or mine!!!!

Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2000
This was excellent and not difficult but one word of caution, everything comes together at once. I cut the chicken in small pieces and put it all together. It was a big hit, and will make again! Try it! Thanx for a great recipe!!!
