Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

Made the recipe as is and loved every bite of it. Husband and son gobbled it up as well. Will definitely make again and this time I won't forget to use the bacon bits that I bought to serve with the soup!

Spicy Chicken Rice Soup

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

I was surprised at how much I liked this recipe. Didn't change the ingredients, but found I had to boil the potatoes a lot longer than the recipe called for. I boiled them for 25 minutes which is what I boil russet potatoes for. My family enjoyed the recipe as well. Will definitely make again!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

Just had this for dinner and everyone loved it. I, too, used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and only 6 oz. and it came out great. I also used a 12 oz can of evaporated milk and 1/2 cup of milk to replace the 2 cups of milk in the recipe.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Real nice flavor. It was my first time making tomato soup and the recipe was easy to make and delicious. I used the neufschatel cheese instead of the cream cheese and I, too, used an immersion blender to make it creamy. My husband loved it!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I didn't change a thing! This was the easiest pie to make. I was nervous about the fact that it didn't call for any extra sugar, but it didn't matter. I agree with an earlier review that it was nice not to have the filling sloshing around and spilling. I made one for the family and one to share at Thanksgiving with the extended family tomorrow. I'm anxious to hear what others think.

Taco Soup VI

I, too, used tomato sauce, but kept everything else the same in the recipe. The whole family loved it and my husband asked me to make it again and again!
