Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
WoW! I followed the recipe exactly, making sure the water was at the perfect temperature and using bread flour. It was just as good and better than the risen versions I have tried. I have sent this recipe to several friends who, like me, don't have the time to wait for the rising. Thank you so much Chef Rider!!! This is awesome and so delicious!!! This is the best pizza crust recipe I have ever tried, and I have tried many.

Grilled Cod

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
I used the broiler, placing fish on a well greased broiling pan. Covered both sides of the fish with the spice mixture, then basted with the butter, lemon juice, onion mix. OMG!!! It was sooo good. The only change I would make next time would be to coat only one side of the fish with spice because for some of the kids it was too spicy. WoW - thank you Jenny. My husband said it was the best fish recipe he has ever had.

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

Reviewed: May 16, 2012
As suggested by other reviewers, I made some changes and came up with the following: 1 16oz package cooked rotini (similar to ziti), 1/4 c. butter, cubed, 1 1/2 c. shredded provolone/mozarella cheese, 1 12 oz can tuna drained, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2/3 c. sour cream, 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. cayenne, salt and pepper to taste. Place all ingredients in a large bowl or stock pan and mix up. Pour into a 8"X12" casserole, sprinke with parmasean cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. So easy. Everyone ate it without compaints. Will use this on a regular basis! Thanks to everyone for your ideas. This is definitely a keeper.

Original Chex® Party Mix

Reviewed: May 14, 2012
How can you go wrong with this one? Used cheerios instead of wheat chex and increased the pretzels to 2 cups after I left out the bagel chips. My son likes the original better than the deviled chex mix, which was also a hit.

Ziti Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: May 14, 2012
Yummmm... will definitely make again and try to fine tune. Used 1/3 c. parmesean, frozen broccoli (32 oz), 4 chicken thighs, and 1/2 of the artichoke water. Next time will use freshly grated parmesean, fresh broccoli, and chicken breasts. (Frozen broccoli was fine for a quick family dinner, but for company the dish would be better with fresh.) Thanks Lisa for something that is sure to become a regular staple in our family.

Deviled Chex® Mix

Reviewed: May 14, 2012
Excellent the whole family loved it, although my son said he preferred the original chex mix recipe... but I made some changes. As one of the previous reviewers said, I used butter instead of vegetable oil (6 T.) Also, substituted cherrios for wheat chex. Left out the nuts and increased the pretzels and miniature ritz crackers (substituted for cheese crackers). Also, left out salt and pepper. Added 1 t. onion powder and 1 t. garlic powder instead. Will definitely make again.

Grape-Nuts Bread

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Incredible! Set bread machine for 2 lb. loaf with a light crust. Will definitely make again. My kids think its white bread. The grapenuts distribute themselves throughout the loaf and give it a nice hue. Thank you.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
OMG! These are amazing! I used frozen blueberries and added 1 t. of real vanilla to the muffin mix, which gave the muffin a some more depth. These would make a great addition to any bakesale. I made a second batch the other day. My 8 yr. old had 4 muffins, and I caught his friend sneaking an extra.

Hard to find someone who wouldn't like this. Serve it with cool whip. Will make again and again.

Garlic Lover's Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
For some reason, the texture of the crust was too holey and dry, on the other hand the dough spread very easily in the pan, which was nice. Also, I used pre-chopped garlic, which was not as favorfull as fresh garlic.

Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Easy and quick. Next time increase the broth and cut back on the potatoes. The meat was very tender and easy to eat, which is the most important thing. Thank you for posting this. It is a good, healthy throw together kind of meal, which is definitely welcome for a family of 3. It will go on my "everyday" list.

The Famous Seafood Seasoning Recipe

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Used celery salt instead of celery seed and salt. Did not have ground cardamom on hand. Eliminated red pepper flakes for the children. Good 1st try, but wonder if it would be better if/when I add cardamom to the mix. Used these seasonings in "Captain Duarte's Salt Cod Cakes" instead of Old Bay Seasoning. Its nice to have an alternative to running out to the store on short notice. Yes, thank you for posting.

Captain Duarte's Salt Cod Cakes

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Used 3 large potatoes, 1/4 c. dried parsley, 1/2 an onion, and 1 t. of "The Famous Seafood Seasoning Recipe". Since the mixture was very moist, I might be able to use 1 egg next time. Good 1st try. I like the suggestion of using the same process for salmon cakes. Next time I will try with Old Bay Seasoning.

Cumin Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2012
This recipe was too salty, although the kids liked it. (I left out the jalapenos.) The next time I make it I will reduce the soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Also, will need to increase the bread crumbs. Otherwise the patties were moist and yummy.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
OMG These were sinful! Sooo good. Made with all purpose flour instead of bread flour. The rolls were still remarkably light and airy. Don't need to make so much frosting. Next time would half the frosting and reduce the confectioner's sugar to 1/3 c. These would make fabulous bake sale items.

These were delicious. Made with all purpose flour and fleishman's bread machine yeast. Next time will try using salted butter instead of sweet cream. The recipe makes enough to share with friends. Thank you Debbie

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
Janiece, Thank you, this was truly delicious and so easy. My family raved about it, and my son made me promise to make it again this weekend. I used boneless chicken thighs, instead of chicken breasts and added carrots and celery. It was just like a chicken pot pie. This is definitely a keeper!!!
