Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
WoW! I followed the recipe exactly, making sure the water was at the perfect temperature and using bread flour. It was just as good and better than the risen versions I have tried. I have sent this recipe to several friends who, like me, don't have the time to wait for the rising. Thank you so much Chef Rider!!! This is awesome and so delicious!!! This is the best pizza crust recipe I have ever tried, and I have tried many.

Grilled Cod
I used the broiler, placing fish on a well greased broiling pan. Covered both sides of the fish with the spice mixture, then basted with the butter, lemon juice, onion mix. OMG!!! It was sooo good. The only change I would make next time would be to coat only one side of the fish with spice because for some of the kids it was too spicy. WoW - thank you Jenny. My husband said it was the best fish recipe he has ever had.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Really, really delicious ... really!!! Used chourice sausage instead of andouille, 1 med. onion, 2 cups chicken broth, Emerill's Bayou Blast, and 1 1/2 c. uncooked short grain rice. Will most definitely make again. Thank you colleen!
