How can you not love this recipe!? I have tried it a few times, and each time I have made a different serving amount with a different size baking dish. One time, I refrigerated the pudding before I put it in the oven. I didn't think it tasted as good. I also used a thinner pan and it made the pudding a little crustier. I think it is all preference. The recipe calls for way too much butter at the end, but my husband seemed to like that one the best.
