Salmon Patties I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Like many other people said, this is a fantastic base recipe that you can modify any way you'd like. I used boneless skinless salmon (4 3oz cans), and added garlic, celery, dill, plain breadcrumbs, and Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning. I served them over a bed of spinach with a Greek yogurt/sour cream sauce mix with dill, lemon zest, and garlic. It was SO, SO good. Crazy good. Definitely will be adding this to a normal rotation. Thanks for the inspiration!!

Pasta/Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
This pizza sauce was awesome!! I added some diced onion to it and used marsala as the wine, since it was the only thing I had around at the time. It made our pizza taste fantastic!

Rosemary and Garlic Simmered Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
These were a little bit like a true religious experience. Like some other reviewers, I also added corn starch to the remaining broth and made a gravy, and that's what sold it. Make these. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
It really is absolutely fabulous. I didn't have red wine vinegar on hand, so I ended up using salad vinegar (I don't think they're the same thing...but maybe they are?), but it was still good. I'll be making this often!

Sun-Dried Tomato, Feta and Pine Nut Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
I didn't make the croutons because I generally don't like them, and I also added some grilled chicken rubbed with oregano and Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. I made a dressing recipe found on this site called "Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing" as well. The whole thing together was AWESOME, just the perfect combo of flavors, perfect texture. A perfect go-to healthy meal.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
This is fantastic. My fiance couldn't stop raving about it and asks to make it often--and, actually, we'll be making it again tonight! Much better than any "ordinary" meatloaf--sorry, Mom!

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
I really did enjoy these, but I don't know if it's something I'd make on a regular basis. I'd use the marinade again, though, for sure!
