Made this recipe the day after Halloween. I baked my Jack-o-lantern in the oven for about 1 hr at 300. Then just scrapped it off the Orange outer shell, mashed it with a potato masher and used this in the muffins. I did not have Pumpkin spice so I just subsituated it for cinnamon and nutmeg. I also did add alittle vanilla to the cream cheese filling. I did not top with a nut but sprinkled with mini chocolate chips (thought this would appeal to the kids....it worked) These muffins were very nice, everyone enjoyed them. Will make over and over again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Chewy Rolo Cookie Bars

I too was confused exactly how to make this recipe. I did not mix the cake mix with anything but the evaporated milk & melted butter. I changed it some too. I did not add the nuts and used a butter pecan cake mix instead of yellow (it was what I had on hand) (((next time I might try chocolate)). I also did not cook the first layer at all. I just layed it all and cooked it about 25 minutes total. It turned out fine.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake IV

This cake tasted fine but I have had moister zucchini cakes. I also almost forgot to add the cocoa because it was in the list of ingredients but not in the instructions.

Comforting Cube Steaks

This recipe makes a great gravy, the meat was very tender but I think next time I would not put the cujan seasoning and maybe at something like garlic instead.
