Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2012
I tried this twice, first time as per the recipe and it was still pretty good, just a little bland for the over-spiced taste-buds I have here, second time I used a little red pepper as well and there was no complaints at all, thank you :)

Company's Coming Pork Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2005
The first try I had at making this dish was a bit of a letdown - not the recipie's fault, my oven isn't the most even cooker in the world, so I ended up with burned glaze and half cooked pork. The second time, after I played around with cooking times, it went straight to my family's "mum, can you cook that again, pleeease" list (even from the members who don't like pork, horseradish or mustard in most forms). The glaze is wonderful, just enough of a kick from the horseradish to take away from the sweetness of the honey mustard and the pork. It was well worth the second attempt.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
This was a very easy and very tasty recipe. The only thing I did different was to marinade the chicken in the juice from a tin of peaches in light syrup for a couple of hours in the fridge first just to give the chicken itself a little sweet kick and extra moisture

Beer Batter

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2012
Used this for battered sausages, only change I mad was using a honey ale for the beer, but was flavorful and light and stuck well to the sausages
