Apple Bundt Cake

The cake was really good...however, mine was burnt on the bottom (?). After I removed the burnt layer, it tasted great.

I made this dip for a bridal shower and served it with cantalope, pineapple, strawberries, and grapes. However, no one ate it! I thought it was okay, but probably will never make again. I was disappointed.

Apple Crisp II

This was a really good and easy apple crisp recipe. This was the first time that I ever made apple crisp and the only complaint that I got was not peeling the skin off the apples. I did not know if that was necessary. Serve it with vanilla bean ice cream!

Marian's Creamed Corn

This is a very easy and yummy creamed corn recipe. I make it all the time for me and my husband (my two year old is not too fond of it). We never bake it as a casserole, though. I just don't think that step is necessary.

Butternut Squash Casserole

This was AMAZING! I loved this recipe! This was the first time that I ever made butternut squash and although I found it hard to cut the squash in order to cook it, this was a very easy recipe and came out yummy. I just wish that I could find frozen butternut squash in the grocery store instead of having to buy fresh!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Yuck! I made this for an early Thanksgiving party this past weekend and out of the 20 people there, no one liked this! This was the first time that I ever made a green bean casserole because I don't like cream of mushroom soup. But, I will never make it again!
