This was excellent! I made for the gals at work on Fat Tuesday! I did subsitute black olives for the klamatas so my hubby would try it. I will keep this recipe and make it again and again!!!! The olive salad adds amazing texture and tastes!

Cajun Pecan Catfish

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2004
I will make this again, but the topping was so rich that I will have to alter it a tiny bit. I think I added to much lemon and too much salt. I'd try it on salmon too! Good base recipe to work on! Thanks!

Very good! Made it on a Sunday for my husband during a football game, it was great. Of course I ommited the red onion and picked out the yellows after it was done cooking (picky husband!) but it left the flavor! I will make again!

This was excellent. I had realized that i was out of breadcrumbs so I used Mild Cheddar Saltines crushed finely, and actual mustard instead of powder. It was really great and my husband raved! Thanks LonBinder for sharing!

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2003
I liked the taste of this casserole a lot, but I would bake it covered for about 50 minutes then add the french fried onions and then finish baking. The onions got scorched in the first 15 minutes of baking. Otherwise it was very easy to make and my husband liked it as well.

I love feta cheese, so I had to give this recipe a try. My husband looked awkwardly at it and kind of turned up his nose, but ended up taking the leftovers to work for lunch. I felt like I was making a gourmet meal! Thanks!

Spicy Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
I made this on football sunday for my in-laws. They loved it! I used ground turkey and browned it before adding to the other ingredients in the slow cooker. With an hour left I added 1/4 cup of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of flour to thicken the mixture up a little. It was perfect on a cool afternoon! Thanks!
