Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
Excellent recipe. I halved the recipe and made one loaf. I used a glass pan, so I lowered the temperature by 25 degrees. It took over 80 minutes to bake (I'm not exactly sure because I just kept checking on it every few minutes after the first timer went off). The edges came out a little bit dark because of the glass pan, but it still turned out delicious. Next time I will use a light aluminum pan. From what I've read on various websites and blogs, the cheapy pans work best for quick breads. I also added some extra chocolate chips and used butter-flavored shortening as that's what I had on hand. I don't think it influenced the outcome of the recipe.

This is a delicious classic broccoli recipe. I couldn't find a similar recipe online, so I decided to post this one on allrecipes. It's comprised of only 6 simple ingredients and it's so easy to make.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
The casserole came out great. This was my first time making sweet potato casserole, and it was so easy and delicious. Baking the potatos before peeling them causes the skin to separate from the potato so It peels right off. I cut the recipe in half since it was only for 4 people, and I topped it with marshmallows because I love marshmallows. Try this recipe; you wont be disapointed.

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
Delicious garlic bread. I could see how some people would find it salty, just make sure you use butter without salt added...or just eliminate the garlic salt and put more garlic powder. I add a little extra of all the herbs because I love herbs!

Delicious. Oatmeal raisin cookies aren't my favorite kind of cookie, but I still think they are sooo good. And those who do like oatmeal raisin cookies say these are the best. They're my dad's favorite!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
These cookies are great. I made a few modification that I think made them even better. First of all, instead of using all butter I used half butter-flavored shortening and half butter. This keeps them extra moist and soft. I also used French vanilla pudding mix and these cool milk chocolate and caramel swirl chips that i found in the supermarket. They add extra sweetness so if you don't like them that sweet go with semisweet chips. ButI love them as I made them. Good luck.

Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2004
ugh...ive made much better cookies...these were awlful and not worth the low fat because i kept on trying more to see if they would start to taste better. It didn't work and they came out flat and thin. There is no substitute for the real thing. Try the award winning cookies. everyong loves those because they come out fluffy and yummy. Don't make the same mistake that i did

Best Ever Cheese Fudge

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
This is the best fudge ever and the perfect fudge texture. It's also not too sweet like some fudges. If it didn't come out good then you must have messed up when you were making it, which is hard to do since it's a really easy recipe....I hope you enjoy as much as my family and I did.
