I am giving this cake 5 yummy stars, 'cause it was just downright good. 5 stars for easiness, 'cause it was a very simple recipe with everyday ingredients. The only 4 star part of this recipe was that it didn't have a frosting recipe with it. But I did some looking and I found a super easy yummy Chocolate Mousse Frosting on a different recipe, which brought the recipe from a five star to a ten star. If you want the mousse recipe it was called, "Chocolate Mousse Cake" and it was put on All Recipes by Eagle Brand. And I just used the mousse part of the recipe as the cake on the recipe was a box mix. I would recommend you make it ahead of time and let it sit in the fridge for several hours if not overnight, as this made the cake more moist and the mousse was able to set. Also, I would make a double batch of the mousse next time, as my family loved it and there was just enough to put a thin layer in the center and on the edges, and it would be nice to put a thicker layer over the whole cake.
