Maryland Crab Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
This recipe is close but needs a little help. I cubed up some beef to add to the soup and instead of adding the vegetables recomended I used frozen soup mix of vegetables. That gives you the okra, corn, green beans which are more traditional of maryland crab soup.

Peach Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
Very easy and tasted like a traditional peach pie, the crumb mixture sounds odd but is very good. I didn't quite use all of it, next time I will probably cut the mixture in half--also added a little ground ginger to the peaches.

Very good, 1 pound of sausage is a bit to much so i added about 8 extra slices of bread and used sage flavored sausage. Will definatley make again.

I made it twice once using sour cream instead of yogert...the yogert was much better i think the sour cream made it too rich. overall very good will make again.

Banana Fritters

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
This recipe was ok but I thought it was a little bland, even though I doubled the cinnamon. I might try it again by adding another half of a banana, more cinnamon and perhaps nutmeg. Good texture though and easy to make
