Very difficult to work with. Like the previous reviewer, I had trouble with the stickiness of the dough.
Perhaps it's because I live in the Caribbean (my kitchen is about 81ºF this evening) and the air is generally humid (thus adding to the stickiness of the dough, but I found that I had to add an additional 3/4 c of flour just to get the dough to a workable stage where I could remove it from the bowl, and in doing so, I burnt out the motor on my electric mixer!!!
Damage to my mixer aside, I found myself very hard pressed to give this recipe 1 star. The dough smells wonderful, and I look forward to sampling the cookies tomorrow when my roommate and I (both Canadian expats living overseas) try them, but the difficulty I encountered in this recipe isn't worth the effort of trying it again next year.
