Amish Casserole

Very good "go to" recipes! Had everything needed in the pantry. Used one can of cream of mushroom, can cream of chicken, and tomato soup. Added a few handfuls of fozen mixed veggies to the pot of noodles and mixed everything together. Quick and easy!

Cinnasweet Pumpkin Seeds

VERY GOOD! TOSSED EVERYTHING TOGETHER BAKE 300 DEGREES FOR 40 MIN TOSSED WITH WHITE SUGAR BAKED FOR 20 MIN LONG. THEY WILL STICK TOGETHER IF YOU DONT HAVE THEM IN A SINGLE LAYER BUT BREAK UP EASILY. WILL SURELY MAKE AGAIN!

Pumpkin Pie Squares

MY CRUST DID NOT TURN OUT WELL AT ALL! VERY SOFT. I THINK IT WAS TOO MUCH BUTTER. MAYBE A HALF A STICK OF BUTTER NOT A HALF A CUP LIKE THE RECIPE CALLS FOR??? BUT THE PUMPKIN PART OF IT WAS GOOD.
