Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
I love this recipe. Funny though, the picture has carrots and parsley, but they aren't in the recipe. I would definitely add these ingredients for more flavor and substance. I use roasted chicken. Great for a rainy Fall day.

Salmon with Tomatoes
I enjoyed it but the next time I make this dish I will add some white wine to the salmon or rice to make it a little more flavorful. I omitted the hot sauce too.

Wedding Gift Spaghetti Sauce
Didn't use the butter, used fresh basil, red wine, and 1/4 c. sugar to omit the acidity. I really liked the consistency of the sauce. I also omitted sausage to reduce calories. I'd make it again. Have fun with seasoning. That's the best part of making spaghetti sauce.
