SCRUMPTIOUS. I Just made this recipe for dinner...it came out AMAZING. Everyone loved it and asked for more, more, more.
I used 2 sweet potatos that I had in the fridge which I didn't know what to do with. I also added a half cup leftover cooked carrots and butternut squash that I had from the other night.
I mixed the sweet potato/carrot/ butternut mixer in the food processor for extra flufines and instead of using butter I used 'Promiss' which allows us to eat this dish without it being dairy. I through away the yokes of the two eggs and only used the whites....much healthier. No need to add all of the sugar that the recipe calles for. I used a quater cup of brown sugar instead of a three quarters and a quarter cup of the flour instead of a half ....it is more than enough.
I would highly reccomend this recipe...it's very memorable. Go For It.....Maya:-D
