Elbows with Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
This dish is very good. However,I did take advice from some of the other cooks. I used olive oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, half the pasta, and and red wine. We thought it was very good and my husband says "it is a keeper".

The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
So Good! My husband declared it a "keeper"! I did add lightly brown onions and chopped red pepper to the olive oil in the bottom of the baking dish. I took another cook's advice and browned the chicken before baking. Those were the only changes I made. This is a wonderful EASY, FAST dish to make. I am looking forward to sharing this with company. Sweet Roasted Autumn Root Vegetables

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2014
My husband really had his work "cut out" for him. Cutting all those root vegetables was a JOB, for sure. However,he said it was worth all the effort. The vegetables were delicious. We added a red pepper and served this with Smoked Chicken Sausage with cheese from Costco.

I made this with leftover frozen vegetables including cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. We did need to make extra sauce, and it was very good. We plan to make it again.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
Delicious! I would give this double stars if I could. I did not have sour cream so I used Yogurt. I had to use 2 bread pans and one 9X13 and it was done in 50 minutes. I plan to take this to a brunch. My husband loved this recipe!!!

We enjoyed this and it was not a hassle to make. We also added chopped onion and used more vinegar. We had it with leftover fried chicken.

We loved this! Who says you can't have your veggies and cake together? We added "craisins" and sunflower seeds because we like them.

Creamy Butternut Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
This is a very delicious way to cook butternut squash! Next time I think I will cook it at 375 or take it out of the oven sooner. Since I love nutmeg, I might add just a bit. :)

Easy to make! Very good! (I did not add salt because I think the canned tomatoes have more than enough.)
