This is one of my favorite recipes ever. It's a pretty common recipe (my mom had one passed down from her mom), but this variant is the closest to that. I've tried both bite sized pieces as well as breasts, and they're both good. The most important tip is to mix the butter with the stuffing ahead of time; otherwise the stuffing has a tendency to turn out dry.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

The best turkey burgers I have ever had. Like others I added a bit of bread crumbs and an egg. This made the burgers nice and moist, and the feta and olives flavor combination is absolutely delicious. I'd also recommend trying them in a pita with some tzatziki sauce.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Amazing recipe. Marking this as one to serve to company. I found my chicken a tad overcooked but I may have seared it too long initially. Also, think chicken definitely works bested. Served it with a side of aglio olio.

Potato and Vegetable Frittata

This is an excellent frittata, and a great change of pace from the standard omelette or quiche. The only problem I have is that sometimes the egg on the bottom will cook faster than the egg on top, so I have to move the egg around in the pan to get it to cook.

Golden Potato Soup

This is an excellent comfort soup, and is fun and easy to make. We don't use any ham but it's still plenty tasty. Also, we sometimes cut the amount of cheese down a bit to make it a little healthier. Goes GREAT with Tabasco Chipotle sauce!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

What an excellent meal. I just made this tonight for me and my fiancee, and even though she isn't usually a huge fan of sun-dried tomatoes, she really loved this dish. Also, it was so quick to make! I threw the tomatoes and garlic in a food processor and had the whole thing cooked in about 10 minutes.
