Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2013
Delicious. We had to go to a health food store to find the ghee.

Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
Delicious. I added a little more spice than the recipe calls for, and I'll probably add even more next time. I also used a hand blender right in the pot of soup instead of transferring it to the blender.

Whiskey Marinade

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
My boyfriend loved this marinade on chicken, but be warned the whiskey flavor is too strong for tofu! It might be good if you only marinade the fu for an hour or so. I left it over night and every bite was like a shot of liquor. It's a great marinade for meats though, I'll probably try it again with seafood.

Garden Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
I followed the recipe exactly, but the dough was more of a batter, definitely not possible to roll it out and use cookie cutters. I dropped small spoonfuls of the batter on to a cookie sheet and pressed flat, then baked as directed. They came out crunchy on the outside, and bread like on the inside. Not crunchy throughout.

Diana's Guinness® Chocolate Cake with Guinness Chocolate Icing

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
Not too rich, very tasty. My friends and I all tasted banana for some reason? Maybe its in the Guinness. I ended up with probably twice as much icing as I could fit on the cake, I will cut the icing recipe in half next time.

Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
Tasty. I added chocolate chips too. Mine ended up needing about 15 minutes in the oven, a little longer than the recipe says.

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
Great, easy recipe. Rudie seems to enjoy these treats. I thawed out a frozen package of butternut squash and used that instead of pumpkin, only because I didn't have pumpkin. I also made the dough by just tossing everything in to my giant food processor. It was very easy! I didn't have any cookie cutters, so I made circular cookies using a shot glass to cut them out.
