This was a great change from bottled slaw dressing. It was a huge hit at our family picnic the only person who didnt like it was my husband because he isnt a fan of Miracle Whip. The only change I made was adding more purple cabbage & slaw mix and more horseradish. Thanks for sharing this is a keeper.

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

I made this recipe for a 4th of July picnic and it was a huge hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. It was a nice change from boring potato & macaroni salads. I made the dressing first which gave the sugar time to dissolve into the mayonaise. I kept mixing it so there wasnt a grainy texture from the sugar in the dressing.What a great recipe, thanks for sharing!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

I gained 10 pounds just looking at this dessert but it was well worth it! What a great idea for a simple yet delicious dessert. Everyone loved it. Its an ice cream lovers heaven!!

Cran-Apple Couscous

What a great recipe for brunch. If you are looking for a lite side dish with alot of flavor you have found it here! I couldnt find the Kerns apple nectar so I used apple cider and it was just fine. This would also be nice with lamb or pork.

Zucchini Cobbler

What a great recipe especially since we have a garden plentiful with zucchini! Both my husband and I loved this recipe and have made it twice in a month for different functions. It was hard to believe that it was made with zucchini and we still have some disbelievers. The only changes I made is that I used 3 cups of flour and added 4 packages of instant oatmeal-maple & brown sugar flavor. I also added a little corn starch to the heated lemon juice to thicken the cooked zucchini. I also added more zucchini! Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe.
