Cranberry Orange Loaf
This recipe is delicious. I didn't change a thing other than to add the orange/powdered sugar/vanilla glaze to the top that a few of the other reviewers mentioned. I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it could do with some cinnamon and nutmeg. I will add them next time. Other than that, beautiful, fragrant and yummy. I will be using this for one of my Christmas breads this year! Thank you, Carol!

Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake
This dish was a real hit at dinner last night. As others recommended, I omitted the flour and was glad I did as it was a bit dry even without it (hence the 4 out of 5 stars)! A very pleasing flavor and texture. I added bacon bits and used panko instead of breadcrumbs. definitely making this again! Eating the leftovers for lunch right now! :-)
