I made this tonight with 3 pork chops (as opposed to 6 in the recipe). I substituted olive oil for the vegetable oil and tomato sauce for the ketchup. I also omitted the Worcestershire sauce, because I didn't have any on hand. In addition, I added a package of sliced fresh mushrooms and a large chopped sweet onion. Plus overall, I made more marinade than in the recipe (about DOUBLE, in spite of the fact that I used fewer chops), figuring the onion and mushrooms would need marinade - which they did. The result was delicious, and I enjoyed the added health benefit of the vegetables. Will definitely make again!
