I have made this recipe twice in one week because my husband who is an extremely picky eater loved it.I used beef chuck the first time which shredded beautifully the first time and used rump the second which did not shred so nice,so I threw some veggies in and made it a stew and it came out wonderfully.I have a smaller crock pot so adjusted the ingrediants accordingly.I used cambells french onion soup instead of water,and also used Good Seasons Zesty Italian mix.When I used the chuck and made sandwhiches everyone left asking for the recipe. Will most definitly be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!
