White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
This recipe is great! It is, as other reviews have mentioned, almost too dry to mix in the chocolate and cranberries after you add the flour - however, just a teaspoon of water does the trick to loosen it back up! Also, don't wait until these cookies are "golden" on top - taking them out just before the top turns is a great way to make sure they stay nice and chewy on the inside!

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
My boyfriend asked me to add this to the list of regulars and I agree! I melted the butter in the microwave and added extra garlic into the butter and into the bread crumbs. I didn't have fresh herbs so i just took a small handfull of each and crushed them to release the flavor. The only thing I would have liked to see is a crispier crust. Maybe next time I will try to add some panko or leave it in a little longer - although I hate dry chicken! I would definitely suggest this to anyone.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was very tasty. I made the recipe as is, except with 4 breasts instead of 6, and it came out with the perfect amount of sauce. So, if you're going to make it with all 6 breasts and like this dish a little moister, I'd suggest adding in some more of the wet ingredients. I seasoned the chicken with s&p before pouring the sauce over, and also added in 3 cloves of garlic (minced), but I'm sure the dish would taste just great without those adjustments!
