Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

Berdean's Cube Steak

Didn't have cube steaks so substituted chopped beef steaks following same procedure of flouring and seasoning. Then made gravy with some of the drippings adding 1 tsp. Wyler's Beef Shakers Seasoning.

Stuffed Tomato Basil Chicken

It was very good aside from the tomato inside; I didn't care for it. I would probably spread the inside with pesto, then layer the cheese, close up and wrap with bacon.

Garlic and Herb Marinade

It is very good on chicken. We marinated the chicken for only 30 minutes. It would be really good marinated for several hours, perhaps even overnight.

Pepperoncini Beef

I added 1/2 cup beef broth and some beef base to the beef in crockpot and the whole jar of pepperoncini. Put a slice of provolone cheese on the open sandwich and placed under the broiler to melt the cheese. Absolutely delicious!

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

***** Didn't have anything but russet potatoes, so sliced them medium, put them on a base of garlic butter with parmesan cheese and brushed some of the mixture on top of the potatoes. A little crisp and wonderful!
