Grandma's Iron Skillet Apple Pie
I do not have a cast iron skillet, so I made this in a 10 inch oven safe non-stick skillet and it worked fine. If I make this again, I would go with a 12 inch skillet. I followed the recipe exactly and my pie was very high and a little unwieldy to cut and serve. Also, depending in the size of your skillet you will want to roll out the pie crusts a bit--I did not and wish I had so I could seal the edges better. One final tip--I think next time I will try melting the butter and brushing it on the top of the crust before baking so it is evenly distributed. I served it with whipped cream with a little sugar and cinnamon added. Overall, the pie was easy to make and delicious, would definitely try making it again.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes
Easy, excellent cupcakes. I have to admit I cheated and used a box mix since I did not have all the cupcake ingredients on hand, but I followed the filling mix recipe exactly and they turned out great. I had quite a bit of extra filling left over, so don't be afraid to use heaping teaspoons of filling for each cupcake.

Fudge Puddles
These were so easy to make and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and did have some extra fudge, but not too much. I poured my fudge into a ziploc bag and used a pastry tip to pipe in the filling, it gave me good control and made the cookies look extra special. I also baked mine in mini-muffin cups/papers and they looked almost professional (and trust me, I am not a master baker). Great recipe, thank you for sharing!
