My paternal grandfather was a camp cook and restaurant manager. My maternal grandmother cooked Ukrainian German food. I LOVE cooking ethnic food and cooked for the family as they grew up.

Chicken Chow Mein, Butter Chicken, Barbecue, Mexican, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Borscht, Peroghies, Cabbage Rolls, Stir Fries, Hot and Sour soup, Rice Dishes, Crepes, and home made breads and Bagels.

I have ALWAYS cooked the Turkey Dinners!

Having my parents and in-laws proclaim; "You never get a bad meal at Gord's place!"
My cooking tragedies
Making Chicken Cordon Bleu, and using toothpicks to hold them together. Not realizing they were MINT toothpicks!
