Clone of a Cinnabon
fabulous cinnamon roll recipe that everyone will rave about. I didn't use bread flour and they still turned out perfectly. Mine were a little too doughy in the center so next time I will bake them a couple more minutes. I was afraid they would be overdone because they were very golden on top, but they weren't. I also flipped them over onto a serving tray and then iced them. This is definitely the way to go. The golden tops (now bottoms) soften by being on the bottom and the gooey bottoms (now tops) mix with the frosting and create deliciousness!

Apple Dumplings I
This is the best dumpling recipe I've ever tasted! So yummy and delicious, it's better than the dumplings at a famous cheesecake restaurant!

Anniversary Chicken II
This was one of the first recipes I made my now husband when we started dating a little over a year ago. He absolutely LOVES it and so do I! It's a very easy meal to make which is important since I'm in nursing school full-time. I cut down the bacon to 1/2 lb to help lower the fat and it retains the great flavor. Definitely a keeper!
