Quick Chick!

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2003
I was SO suprised this tasted as good as it did..I was leary about about it at first..I used the Mrs. Dash salt free garlic & herb seasoning. I love garlic, but this blend is not overpowering on the garlic...It made the apt. smell wonderful! Brown rice goes awsome with this. THANKS!

Really quite good....when trying to slice it though, it fell apart a bit.{I did not use the dried onion.. I cut up a fresh one..to me I think it tastes better than the flakes}.. tooooo crumbly to make sandwiches the next day...so we just nuked it & it was good! Thanks! Will put this in my recipe box!

This was not toooo bad..I added frozen peas to it...It is very simmilar to Hungarian Goulash.. Put some Paprika in it & a but of V8 juice..just use your judgement on the ammounts. My boyfriend thinks everything tastes like chicken! But went back for more..

Mushroom Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2003
Did not care for this much! I'm going to go back to my original tuna casserole...the soup, peas, milk, noodles, tuna, pepper & mix them all up, dump it in a casserole dish, crush up some crackers & sprinkle on top toss it in the oven...this was too complicated for a tuna casserole & did NOT tase very good. Not that hard to screw up a tuna casserole.

Leftover Special Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2003
Not bad at all...! A little bit bland..I just used the packaged cubed ham & it was very easy...(no leftovers!)I think it was my fault for not putting enough pepper in ...I will DEFFINETLY make this again..but..next time I think I'm going to try with cream of asparagus and use penne or macaroni noodles..
