Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free Cake

This is a fantastic recipe. I make it all the time, whether someone have allergies or not. It always gets rave reviews! I make it into cupcakes, two tier round cakes, and fancy cake pans.

Peruvian Chicken Soup (Aguadito de Pollo)

This needed more "zip" for me. Also, there was way too much oil. Next time I will leave the seeds in the Serrano chile, add more garlic and only use about 1/4 c olive oil.
