Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
These pancakes are the fluffiest pancakes I have ever made. My 9 year old son says they taste better than any I've ever made. :)

Apple and Pecan Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
This was absolutely delicious! It would have been fine as is, but I doubled it to stuff my 16lb turkey and added one cup of shredded cranberries (lef-overs from a mold I made) and a handful of white raisins. I had a ton of compliments and didn't have any left-overs. I wish I had made more so I could have had the left-vers too!

Italian Roast Beef I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2003
My husband is from the Chicago area where Italian beef is very popular. He's been disappointed in the Detroit area because there isn't any Italian Beef restaurants out here (we have Coney Islands). Anyhow, he rated this "5 Stars" as he absolutely LOVES this Italian beef recipe (he's very fussy about it too.) I'm not an Italian Beef fan and I like it better than what we get in Chicago. I followed the recipe except I put it in my crock pot on low at 6am. I checked it about 12:30pm to 1pm and it was a little pink inside so I turned the crock pot off and let it sit until dinner time where I warmed it up and ate it. It's good but is better the second day after it's sat in the spices. My husband liked it plain but ate it as left-overs as a sandwhich using a small roll of french bread (not as small as a baguette) sliced, with thinly sliced beef, au jus (sp?).

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2003
THE BEST! AWESOME! I only made this recipe to break in a Pampered Chef loaf pan ... and it was the best meatloaf I've ever had. After reading some of the reviews, I divided the sauce and brown sugar, putting half on the bottom and half on the top. Then to the meat mixture, I added 1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce and left over Bell Pepper I had in the fridge to what the recipe called for. Very, very good.
