Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I have made these muffins a few times now and they are great! I know double the recipe so I can have some for the freezer.

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Found this too "beany". I would make it again but I would use less beans. I let it cook in the slow cooker all day on low.

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
My family loved this soup! I was happy feeding it to them knowing how many servings of veggies they were getting, my little secret! I cooked it in the slow cooker for about 4 hours on high, could have used a little more time but everyone was hungry.

Porcupine Meatballs III

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
These held together so much better than some others I have tried. I also added some minced directly into to meat mixture. I skipped the frying and baked them at 350 for 30 min and then added the sauce and baked them another 15 minutes. Not as messy! I made fairly big meatballs, reduce the cooking time if you make smaller ones. I also doubled the sauce.

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
I followed the recipe exactly and the meatballs just fell apart. They need some more binder, maybe bread crumbs. I have made porcupines for years but will never use this recipe again.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2004
I make these every year, and they are always a hit! I put the rolos in the fridge for a few hours before I make the cookies and this helps to stop any leakage. I drizzle the cookies with white chocloate and people swear they are store brought.

Caramel Corn I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2004
Not sure how it is humanly possible to mix the sauce into the popcorn. This creates a huge MESS! The end result is not worth all the work!

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2004
This is excellent! I did only bake it for 30 minutes and it turned out perfectly. It was difficult to find a bowl big enough to mix this in, so I had to use 2 large bowls.

A-mazing! Lots of zip! Best corn chowder I have ever made. Should have doubled the recipie. I used baby red potatoes and left the skin on, this created a nice coloe contrast.
