Pizza Pan Oatmeal Cookie

I doubled this recipe to fill my pan and make the cookie a little thicker. Otherwise I followed this recipe exactly and it was the best oatmeal raisin cookie I 've ever made.

Four-Grain Bread

This bread is excellent! Low fat, sweet and a little chewy. Only change was that I added a tablespoon of vital wheat gluten to go along with the cup of wheat flour. I'll be making this often.

Wheat Bread with Flax Seed

This is excellent! It's my new favorite wheat bread to make. The only thing I did differently was use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I used the whole wheat cycle and medium crust. Love it!
