To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
I made this dish for a dinner party last week and it turned out great! I did make a few adjustments however.
For the sauce, I added a little extra Parm and Romano, and also added in a little Ricotta to make it extra creamy.
I would suggest too, if you like a lot of sauce, to double to recipe. For my personal taste, I would have liked a little extra.
Overall though, this turned out perfect! Definitely one I'll continue making!
