Herbed Rice Pilaf

It was very easy to make, and very good! We made this as a side to Wahoo fish marinated in Lemon Pepper and it complimented the fish very well. The mild flavor of the rice did not compete with the more bold flavor of the fish at all. We would definitely make this again.

Pineapple Curry Rice

This has a good flavor and the curry powder gives it a nice "kick". We prepared this with pineapple juice and brown sugar marinated porkchops and it was a nice compliment. Thanks for the recipe!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

I thought this jambalaya came out really good. I'll agree with others, it's a bit soupier than I typically like my jambalaya, but the flavors all melded together so well! Being a New Orleans girl myself, I had to add a bit of my Zatarains seasoning to add a bit more spice/flavor, and then had the Tabasco on the table to taste. But in all, it turned out great! My In-Laws even liked it, and they aren't spicey food eaters!

Karen's Slow Cooker Pizza Chicken

This wasn't the most exciting meal I've ever made, but it's a good mid-week, kid friendly satisfying dish. The only thing I did differently was adding a good bit of chili powder to the mix to taste. It added a little more bite of flavor and added the taste I expected to find when I smelled it. I used this as a topping for rotini pasta. Overall, a good meal!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

We made this for a nice Sunday meal and boy were we impressed! I used Pork Country Ribs and Onion-Mushroom soup mix, only because it was what we had on hand. But it didn't deter from this dish being excellent! We served it with Roasted Potatoes and Veggies and it all turned out so great, we're fighting over the leftovers. :)

Chinese Chicken Salad

We chose to make this as a full meal for my husband and I and boy were we very pleasantly surprised! This salad had a great flavor, total lightness that just left you wanting more! And the left overs even kept nicely for lunch the following day! The only thing we did differently was leaving out the green onions (I'm not a huge fan) and using sesame oil instead of peanut oil. But still very good!! We'll definitely be making this again, and are even eager to make it for a light salad for guests.
