Braised Balsamic Chicken
Delicious! After reading reviews I reduced the balsamic vinegar to 1/3 cup and a little water and chicken bouillon paste. Only change I made. Hubby and I loved it and will make it again. Served with some linguine pasta.

Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
My family likes creamier potatoes, so I had to add more butter and milk to get it to consistency we like.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Delicious! I misread amount of mustard and honey and used 4 tablespoons of each instead of the stated, but turned out fabulous. Also didn't melt butter, just softened it and mixed together. Used Panko bread crumbs instead of plain ones. Had some fresh chives in garden, so added some with the parsley. Served with steamed asparagus, drizzled with the honey and mustard sauce (had extra since I used more honey and mustard). Husband loved it! Will make again.
