Banana Pudding Cake

Easy, super moist and delicious. I had two minor changes - I used vanilla pudding because that is all I had and I used 3 very ripe bananas - still delicious. I didn't need all the glaze. I still had about 1/3 left over.

Mexican Cornbread II

Very Easy and good. I used a box of Jiffy corn bread and followed rest of recipe. Baked in a 11 x 7 pan for about 35 min. Turned perfect.

Banana Cake II

Delicious and moist cake. I used 3 very over ripe bananas and baked in a 9 x 13 pan. It took about 45 min. I will definitely make again.

Baked Ziti I

Very easy to put together and yummy. The only changes I did were used penne pasta ( didn't have ziti) and I put the sauce on top of the pasta before the cheese and sour cream like someone suggested. I will be making again and again.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

This was easy and the ribs were super tender. The meat just fell off the bones. I only used 1/2 the amount of onions as others had suggested. I agree the sauce is a little bland. Next time I will add some more spices.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

I used 1 1/4 lb of ground turkey and doubled the rest of the ingredients except the egg. I added alittle black pepper instead of the lemon pepper. I added a little chili sauce. Baked for 1 hour. Turned out delicious. Will definitely make again

Glazed Lemon Bundt Cake

Turned out yummy despite my underbaking error. I didn't have lemon extract so I used 1/2 c lemon juice and 1/2 c. milk like someone suggested and had a mild lemon taste. For the glaze, I used confectioner's sugar instead I bet if I baked it longer it would have been perfect cake.

Monkey Bread I

Delicious and so easy! I followed the recipe exactly without adding nuts. The only thing I would do different is pour 1/2 of the sauce in the middle and then the rest on top before baking so every part of the bread gets the yummy sauce.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Absolutely delicious! I made exactly as written except used brown sugar instead of white for the streusel topping. I also used paper lined muffin pan for easy clean up. Everybody loved them at the brunch.

Christmas Brunch Casserole

Super Yummy! I made it for a brunch gathering today. The only changes I made were: used chicken apple sausage in place of bacon, diced potatoes instead of hashbrowns and added 1/2 tsp dry mustard - as someone else suggested. Everyone loved it and was easy to make.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Delicious salad. Made this for Christmas. I made exactly with exception of a little less mayo and sugar and then added a TSP more of white wine vinegar. This tastes better after a few hours in fridge as the dressing had time to enhance its flavor

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Great flavor. This was so easy and good. The only changes made were I used 1 1/2 cup Herdez green salsa and I used the Rotel tomoates with jalenpeno instead of adding jalepeno to the can of diced tomatoes. I left it in the slow cooker on low for about 10 hours. Will make again.

Sweet Potato Bread I

I loved this bread. I had leftover sweet potato from Thanksgiving that I wanted to use and came across this recipe. Decreased sugar to 1c and was just the right amount of sweetness. I added 1/2 c craisins and 1 tsp vanilla extract. I left out the nuts because DH is not a fan. This reminded me of a cross between pumpkin bread/carrot cake. Will definitely make again.

Mall Pretzels

I'm editing my review. The first time I made these, they were okay. I made them again and made the following changes - I used all purpose flour for the bread flour, used 2 tsp salt instead of brown sugar and salt, sprinkled kosher salt prior to baking. I sprayed Pam on the baking sheets instead of using parchment paper. Also, I set a small bowl of water on the bottom rack and baked for about 18min using my convection bake setting. After they finished baking, I lightly brushed melted butter on pretzels and added sprinkled more kosher salt on top. These pretzels were great tasting. Brought them to an Oktoberfest party and everybody loved them.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Very moist and delish!I made it for company last night and they loved it. The only change I did was left off the bacon and lightly salted and peppered the top of the chicken before baking. I will definitely make again.
