Pizza Dough I

This is an easy recipe that tastes great and works well as-is, or a little doctored up. I did let it rise for 20 min, divided it in half, made a 10-in pizza in my little toaster oven (I live in a dorm) that turned out delicious. The other half of the dough sat in the covered bowl another 40 mins and when I went to make the second pizza it had risen some more. I made that into a smaller thick-crust pizza. I used Boboli pizza sauce. One small packet is enough for two 10-in pizzas.
