Becca's Taco Soup
Made this recipe tonight and added the entire packet of taco seasoning. Other than that, prepared as directed. We loved it! Will definitely make again. Only took us 15 minutes to make. Quick, yummy dinner. Could easily be a slow cooker meal.

Linda's Lasagna
I did change this recipe slightly to accommodate for my husband's tastes. He likes a lasagna with MEAT :)! I used 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of turkey sausage. I browned them in two different pans in order to really brown the meat and not just cook it. I added the onion and some minced garlic to the sausage and cooked it til soft. When I made the sauce, I upped the crushed tomatoes to 29 oz. and only used one cup of water. I did as another reviewer suggested and pureed the cottage cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese in the blender. I added a little fresh parsley to that and refrigerated until layering the lasagna. The "cheeses" firmed up nicely. Followed the recipe for layering but added about 1/2 cup parmigiana reggiano cheese to the top. Made this in two square pans, and froze one before baking. Husband declared this his new favorite. I used to make Ina Garten's recipe, but this is one is really that good! (and cheaper to make)

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Everyone loved this slaw! It was a little on the sweet side but not too noticeable. The celery seed is a must! Whole family with 13 people enjoyed this slaw with ribs. Yum!
