Classic Cinnamon Rolls
OMG!! I followed the recipe to the letter for the dough only and I can't believe it was I who made this. The texture of this was as if it came from a professional bakery. It would have never occured to me to use mashed potatoes and potato water in a dough. This is absolutely the best results I have received out of all the bread and dough recipes I have tried from this site. I usually achieve great results from most of the recipes submitted on this site. I'm pleased to say that this is now my "go to" recipe for the dough for making cinnamon rolls. As for the filling and the icing,I did my own thing adding more cinnamon to the filling and making a cream cheese frosting in the place of the icing. Thank you for sharing this.

Cinnamon Syrup
I made this syrup today and it was wonderful! It was so delicious that it made my husband and I feel to eat pancakes all day! I made some changes though....I doubled the cinnamon, added alittle butter and a pinch of salt ( as recommended by several reviewers.) Thanks to this site I no longer use store bought pancake mixes and now I can proudly say that I would no longer buy store bought syrup! Thanks!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great recipe but it's too sweet for my taste so I used only 1/2 cup of the brown sugar.Like other reviews suggested I also substitute 1 cup of flour for 1 cup processed oats. Results are better when the cookie dough is frozen, so I normally prepare the dough and store it in the freezer. Whenever I need to bake cookies, I simply take it out use as much as I need then put back the rest.... and I have cookies at almost a moment's notice.
