This was very easy to make and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly other than adding some Italian seasoning. I had two guests that are normally very picky eaters say that this recipe is a keeper. Will definately use over and over.

Cake Balls

So good! I used strawberry cake mix with vanilla frosting, then dipped some of the cake balls in white chocolate and some in milk chocolate. I had to use shortening to make the melted chocolate thin enough - it seemed to set too fast and I had to keep putting it back in the microwave and adding shortening to make it thinner.

Andouille and Chicken Creole Pasta

This is a very good dish! I followed the recipe exactly except for using what was left of three different packages of spaghetti. Sixteen oz. of spaghetti would be too much. This would be a great recipe for company; all you need to add is a green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

This pasta dish is delicious and very easy to make. It needed a little more liquid than was called for so I doubled the tomatoes and red wine. A recipe to make again and again!
