Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
Best wings ever! I've made this recipe about 6 times already. My husband and I just LOVE how tasty and juicy these are. The recipe calls for 10 wings, but i've made about 16 by adding a little bit more of every ingredient and they come out perfect. Thanks for this delicious recipe. It has become a staple at our home :D

This were really good! My husband doesn't eat butter, so I omitted it and used 1 egg instead (before coating the chops). Very tasty and easy to make.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
One of the best dressings I've had in my life. I don't eat mayo, so I used 2 tablespoons of Philadelphia Cooking Creme instead (enough for 3 servings) and it turned out great! It was simply delicious. I'll never buy bottled Caesar dressing ever again. This one is a keeper and I'll definitely make it again and again.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
This is a great recipe. I did change it a little though. I used marinara sauce instead of the diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, real bacon bits (which have less fat) and added some rotisserie chicken. I mixed all of it and once the sauce was simmering I added the spinach (the whole leaves, no chopping) waited until wilted and added the pasta. Once served I sprinkled some parmesan on top. This was amazing!!!! I'll definitely make it again!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
Yummy!!! My husband loves meatloaf and I'm alaways looking for new recipes. He said this was the best meatloaf he had ever eaten. I'm not a meatloaf lover, but I had to have some!!! It was soo good! I omitted the fried onions, but followed the rest of the recipe and it turned out moist and delicious!!

Coquito

Coquito is the best!!!!! I've been a part of the hidden Coquito movement, but is too good to let everyone else drink it ;) so if you don't want to get to this point, make enough for everyone and more!!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2003
This recipe was AMAZING! I used 1 cup of half and half and 1/4 cup of chicken stock instead of the heavy cream, and I think this is why my left overs where a bit dry. Netx time I will use heavy cream. It tastes incredible with black olives!!! Everybody loved it!! even my boyfriend who is the pickiest man alive. Thanks for the recipe! =)
