Chocolate Ganache

Unbelivably easy!! It really made alot. I used it to coat an 8" cake and I had tons leftover. Very tasty!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! It's got a nice sweet, yet slighty tangy flavor. It was a HUGE hit at the party. My family loves it too. I substitued swiss for goat cheese. I didn't have a blender, so I used a hand, electric mixer. Recommend making dressing hours ahead of time.

David's Yellow Cake

Follow this recipe EXACTLY, in order to get 5-star results. This is my 2nd attempt at this recipe and I had the BEST results, LIGHT, FLUFFY and MOIST! With the first attempt, I used reg flour instead of cake flour and dumped all eggs at once, etc... the results were bad (dry and hard). I had my doubts at first with this recipe, but I read other reviews and tried, following exactly! Excellent cake! Better than a mix!!!

Beef Nacho Casserole

Salsa Chicken

Very Easy, Very Quick, Very Good! I used the taco seasoning sparingly, because my family doesn't like spicy things. And all six of my family members loved it! I served mashed potatoes and corn as sides. Wonderful dish.
