My family loves this recipe. It is also great to take to parties or bake sales. It is really very simple. I replace the cocoa powder with more chocolate like others suggested and it has a rich, chocolate taste. Adding the hard chocolate glaze to the top finishes it off nicely. We love this served with fresh raspberries, strawberries and a dollop of cream. Yum!

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins I

These were very dry and did not have much lemon flavor. Not worth the time to took to make them. I will keep looking for a better recipe.

Colorful Pork and Noodles

Very bland and boring. My husband says, "It tastes like it wants to be Chinese, but it isn't." It seems like this could have some potential, but not as it is written.

Beef Bourguignon II

This was horrible. Even my husband, who is very tolerant, did not like it. I threw it down the disposal. Maybe it was the red wine. I am not a fan of wine, but I usually like it in stews. I would not recommend this recipe.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Cheesy Chicken Florentine

Easy to make but very average in taste. I guess it did get my husband to eat spinach, that's a plus. I cubed and browned the chicken and just added it to the rest of the mix.
