If you are looking for a pizza dough that is meant to rise, then either adjust the recipe OR find a different pizza. Honestly, most of the crust recipes on here are basically the same. This is a wonderfully simple and FAST way to make pizza. Something that busy mom's like myself like. You can pick the recipe apart all you want but at the end of the day THIS recipe is not meant to be given rise time or have seasonings added to it. If you do, it's a different recipe, and it's ridiculous to make responses saying that it could have been better this way or that way when it's fine as is.
That being said... I allowed this recipe to rise because I WANTED to, not because I HAD to. I added Garlic and Herb seasoning to the crust, not because I HAD to, but because I WANTED to. The things you do different from a recipe don't make the recipe off, inaccurate, or not that great... it just makes it a different pizza crust.
