Old-Fashioned Soft Sugar Cookies
These are wonderful! I made some variations to make them healthy. I used unbleached flour and stevia instead of sugar (1 tsp. of stevia did the trick), and also used maple yogurt instead of sour cream since I was out of sour cream. I then made frosting with equal parts of cream cheese and butter, mixed with stevia and honey to taste. They turned out beautifully, and it's nice to have a soft, tasty cookie with no sugar during the holidays!

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
A very nice meal! My husband and I had never tried Yorkshire Pudding before, so we didn't have anything to compare it to. We really enjoyed it, though! I cooked my roast in a terra cotta apple baker and it turned out very moist.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
I'm surprised by some of the reviews saying this recipe wasn't sweet enough! If anything, I would use LESS honey! I've made this twice now, once with breasts and once with thighs. My husband loved it and wants me to make it when his dad comes to visit. It's now a family favorite. I liked it best with the thighs, as breasts always seem to dry out for me.
