Ramen Noodle Soup
Five stars for a really great starter Asian noodle soup...I made mine with zucchini and carrots cut into 1 1/2 in. sticks...threw in some mushrooms, fresh garlic, ginger and green onions. I was able to get some fresh noodles too and with the vegetable broth, soy sauce and a splash of sesame oil and sriracha sauce...YUM, just what I as was looking for...delish!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Oh my...how wonderful these are. I could have eaten them all by myself and very nearly did. LOL So moist and chewy. Be sure and sift your dry ingredients and hand mix everything...you'll be glad you did. I'll be making these a lot.

Apple Fritters I
These taste alright...I guess but entirely too much baking powder...these look nothing like the ones we get in this part of the country. I'm not going to throw them out because too much time and apples invested but the guys are going to laugh to see how these turned out...really disgusting and I usually never say anything like that. So sorry...just my opinion.
