Good start but I did some adjustment to the recipe. I sauted the onions, 2 chopped celery stalks, and garlic before I added to the meat mixture. Also added 2 TBS of ketcup, steak sauce and yellow mustard into the mix. For my topping sauce I omited the sugar and instead used 2TBS of the steak sauce instead with some dash of tabasco sauce for some heat. After I put the meat mixture into the loaf container, I added the sauce and then topped it with some slice of thick bacon. It was tastey!
