Bill's Sausage Gravy
EXCELLENT! This was the best sausage gravy Ive ever tasted and the first time making sausage gravy as well. I recommend using Jimmy Dean or Tennessee pride sausage. The maple flavor adds a nice kick and also, if possible use LOL (land o lakes) butter! This gravy was awesome 3 days after I made it and I will make it again and again. ITS A WINNER!

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole
This dish was awesome, or in other words DA BOMB! I recommend using Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing mix (cubes) and adding some crumbled bacon along with the sausage. Of course also, I recommend Jimmy Dean Hot sausage or Tennesse pride spicy sausage. Also, you can add whatever else you like to make it an even bigger success. I plan on added onions the next time and may make a small one for myself and a large one for my family to enjoy!

Tuna Ball
The cheese ball was good if you add a tsp of accent seasoning, a pinch of salt and some black pepper. It was sorta bland according to the recipe submitted but once you add the extras it turns it into a wonderful appeptizer. I also recommend stirring it witha rubber spatula to make it very smooth.. chill it FIRST, then roll in pecan pieces.. It went very well at a party I threw!
